Aurelia mcneil’s journey into foreign language began when she was young.  At eighteen years of age, she learned how to speak Spanish by association and interaction with native speakers. Thereafter, she attended a university and graduated with a bachelor of arts degree majoring in both Spanish and French. She completed   a certification program for translators. Ms. Mcneil attended graduate school to complete her master of arts degree in secondary foreign language education and English as a second language. Her published master’s thesis is entitled, computer assisted instruction- it’s valve to second language learners. In addition, she has written books entitled, how to learn a foreign language- A question and answer resource guide and B.A.L.L stories and activities for listening input and vocabulary retention,  Spanish volume 1, she has gained several years of experience teaching English as a second language (ESL). Spanish, French, and German in public schools. Ms. Mcneil is a university instructor who teaches bilingual, ESL, And global language methodology courses. She continues her studies in curriculum and instruction, conducts research, and develops language learning materials. Since many curriculum developers are not teachers. Ms. Mcneil hopes her perspective as an educator will contributable substantially to the fleid of language  education




Review:  A helpful little book that contains facts about language learning book. . l highly recommended it to anyone and even if you are not in to this type of book it's good to read outside your favourite genre and try something new and improved your reading to different types of books and genre and authors. I rated this book 5 star on amazon and goodreads. Really like reading this book and l would love to learn a different language and l was sent this book for review and l found it hard to put down once l started reading it and it was easy to get in to.




About the author: Ms. McNeil is the creator of the BALL method for language learning. The BALL method encourages pre-learning and pre-teaching of vocabulary combined with listening as an initial and primary channel of learning and teaching. Ms. McNeil is a university instructor who teaches bilingual, ESL, and global language methodology courses. She continues her studies in curriculum and instruction, conducts research, and develops language learning materials.
